In order to recover and reuse of sulfuric acid wastes from the Alkylation unit of Abadan Refinery as well as reducing environmental pollution and eliminating this chemical from the environment, AaliNaam Design Engineering Company with the participation of a well known and expert European licensor, are responsible for basic design package of this plan, using a .modern and up to date technology
The project intends to use this Spent Acid together with molten Sulphur for the production of H 2 SO 4 and steam The designed Wet Sulfuric Acid Plant is suitable to take Spent Acid from .the Alkylation Unit and regenerate it to 98 pure Sulfuric Acid Other feeds of plant are ADA and liquid Sulfur with 95 5 purity The SARP plant recovers about 12000 kg Spent Acid per hour
Scope of Work:
- Selection and transfer of process technology (License).
- Basic Engineering Services.
- Estimation and preparation of scope for comprehensive EPC services (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
